In his role as managing partner, he oversees sales, recruitment, operations, client relations and overall strategic direction. Jimmy has consistently been a top producer at Vaco, achieving the accolade of the top producer over 10 times. 

Prior to joining Vaco, Jimmy played a pivotal role in driving and scaling a Bay Area tech consulting startup, taking it from a $2 million venture to a thriving $75 million company. His expertise spans sales, recruiting, management and executive leadership. Jimmy holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. 

Throughout his career, Jimmy has been a disruptor, instrumental in shifting Vaco's focus towards larger-scale deals and consultative approaches. He champions tireless, selfless and fearless attitudes in his team, emphasizing the importance of sales and speed in business success. His strategic vision has expanded Vaco's horizons, addressing the evolving landscape of work moving to both national and international markets. 

Outside of work, Jimmy is heavily involved in youth sports, coaching soccer, basketball and baseball for his children's’ sports teams. He is big on fairness and equality, both on the field and in the office. A consistent and dedicated professional, he values the art of a good routine and embraces the challenges and opportunities of the ever-evolving industry, always seeking to bring out the best in his team and in himself.
