About Beatriz

As Managing Director, Bea enables Denver’s CFOs and Controllers  to perform at their best by providing them with high quality accounting and finance professionals on a temporary and direct hire basis.  She brings over 15 years of experience in financial process improvement, Big 4, and as a small public company controller.

Bea obtained her MBA in Finance from UCLA’S Anderson School of Management. In her eight years with Vaco, she has established herself as a valuable business partner by insisting on transparency and integrity with her clients and candidates — All. The. Time. She utilizes her subject matter expertise, commitment to excellence, and passion for impromptu dance parties to build strong and lasting relationships.
