About Marissa

After graduation in 2018, Marissa took on a technical sourcing internship where she learned the framework of sourcing top talent for client’s unique business needs. Marissa then worked at CBIZ CMF as an executive coordinator for the interim recruiting team where they focused on CFOs and controllers who obtained private equity backed experience.

Before finding her home at Vaco, she switched gears and worked as a paralegal, but she quickly missed the recruiting environment.
