Tom brings 20+ years of placement and recruiting experience to Vaco’s Philly team. He started his career in the Big 4 and realized auditing wasn’t for him. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, IPOs, commercial banking, investment banking, life sciences, and marketing. His passion is to deliver world-class talent to his clients and help them build their internal teams.

When he is not at work, he is thinking about work.
